User Experience: How intuitive and user-friendly do you find the navigation on Taste Test Tales? Are there any specific areas where you felt confused or found it difficult to find what you were looking for?

Content Quality: How engaging and informative do you find the content on the site? Are there particular articles or sections that stood out to you, either positively or negatively?

Design and Aesthetics: What is your overall impression of the website’s design and layout? Do you have any suggestions for improving the visual appeal or readability of the site?

Thanks so much for sharing your site with the community! It’s looking great so far, and your posts strike a great balance between informative and engaging. The topic of food science is fascinating to me, and I love that you are also conducting taste tests!

I noticed a lot of white space above the fold of the site surrounding your site’s name and logo. I recommend trying to minimize that to make your content more accessible! It might also be worth moving the Recent Posts section of the sidebar above Categories. If you’d like, you can also add an email opt-in form to your sidebar!

Overall, I think you’ve done a great job! I’ll also give this post a boost so that other members can weigh in here. 🙂

Thanks so much! updated :)! I want to make the menu bar black instead of white but having trouble with doing so. Using Blossom Recipe Delight – https://blossomthemes.com/theme-demo/?theme=recipe-delights

While logged in, go to Appearance > Customize > Colors and you might be able to change the menu color there. If that doesn’t work, go to Additional CSS under Customize and try this code:

.header-t {
background: #000;
}

.main-navigation ul li a {
color: #fff !important;
}

.social-icon-list li a {
color: #fff;
}

.header-search>.search-btn {
color: #fff;
}

You’ll need the rest of those to change your text and images to white on black. If it doesn’t change, add the “!important” part to the other colors as well.
