If you no index a post, I understand you also should not link to it anymore.

How does this work though with category pages? For if you no-index it to Google, the post will still be in a category eg ‘Breakfast recipes’ that you might be linking to elsewhere.

As have listened to the words ‘it is imperative that you stop linking to the post internally’, after it has been no indexed, but I would think that is near impossible to do as it would not be ‘category less’ on your blog and just floating around, it would be within 1 or more categories that would might be linking to ie doing the very thing that it is imperative not to do.

Are you able to please clarify that?

Thanks in advance, love your work.

Cheers

Hey, Valentina! My first instinct is to say stick to one so you don’t have more plugins than you need. If they’re doing the same thing (or if a lot of the core functionality is overlapped between the two of them), I’d suggest choosing one and sticking to it. ๐Ÿ˜Š
