Quick question…Are you using a social media scheduler and if so which one? I am looking for one that will schedule to FB, Insta, and Tik Tok mainly. I use Tailwind for Pinterest.

I use Later for social media. Right now, I’m only using it for a linkin.bio option for Instagram. I pay $14 a month for access to this. You can add several other social media accounts to it, but you pay for each extra one. I haven’t used the scheduler since I only post once a week, but they have one. I do find that the emails Later sends with help articles are very useful!

My favorites are Later and Buffer. I like Later when I’m working with clients, but I personally use Buffer for my business. I like Buffer best for me because it’s very minimal. Later is great when you need a lot of bells and whistles and robust analytics.

I also use Later for my full-time job but not for my personal food blog posts because I like to include Instagrams audio in my videos. Later, to my knowledge, doesn’t allow you to do that because they don’t have access to Instagrams API.

I just want to bump this post. Are people still using Later to schedule SoMe posts?

I’m curious about CoSchedule. Does anyone use that? Any thoughts on it?

I’m looking for a tool that can be scheduled on Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube. Is there one tool that can schedule for all of them and still be affordable?

Great question, Jocelyn! CoSchedule is still a good option, but it can get pricey the more channels you add to your account (like most scheduling tools, unfortunately). Another one you should check out is Buffer.

Hey Jocelyn! I actually used CoSchedule a while ago, but like Ann said, it was a more expensive option for a lot of things I wasn’t going to use.

If you’re only managing your socials, I recommend Buffer as well. That’s the one I use. I think it’s still $6 a platform on the lowest plan.

Thank you, @Andrea and @Ann…. however, when I look at Buffer, it looks like it will cost me $35 to use (since I have channels). And I think by channels, they mean social media channels. So yes, 7 at $5 each it’s 35, compared to CoSchedule at $29/monthly. It’s $19 for 5 channels and $5 for each additional.

Am I off in my math and/or missing something? Thanks for your input!

Hey Jocelyn! Nope, you’re right that it’d come out to $29/month if you decide to go with CoSchedule’s $19/month plan and add the 2 social channels! As long as the features in that plan align with what you are looking for, it’s definitely a good option for you. Buffer’s just a good comparable option in the market, as most other tools I’ve seen seem quite expensive. 😅
